I have an issue with the bottom case breaking and the hinges binding up on my ENVY M7-J020DX. I'm having issues finding replacement parts to fix this issue. After reading, I'm finding this is a common problem with this series of 17 inch laptop. Has anyone found a good resource for parts to remedy this? Has HP ever recognized this as an issue and offered a resolution for this? There are countless people with this same issue. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting support from HP for this yet.
