I've had the HP Envy laptop for 2 yrs-  model - 13-ba0079TU and the hinge of the laptop has broken causing the lid to be mis-alligned when closing the laptop lid which has caused the screen to pop out and eventually crack from the dodgy hinge(right side to be specific). Never dropped or hit. Based on review this seems to be a model defect as many other people had similar experience. Can this be fixed or replaced?
