Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T486AV)

I was working and suddenly found screen coming off from left corner. 

I have raised several issues with HP team and a reference id for the case has been generated. But so far no resolution has been provided by the support team. 

My work is geeting hampered because of this and HP team is not bothering.
