Hi I am out of warranty on my laptop but gutted the hinge is broken - after reading though lots of similar posts beginning to think this is planned obsolescence! Even more dissapointing is trying to get any support from HP - where can you find just a simple email to ask a simple question how much is it going to cost me to get it repaired? Albeit I do not agree as it clearly is a design fault... I dont' want ot buy a new laptop and if I do it will not be HP until the flaw has been fixed. my laptop is in great order almost looks like new, so can imagine i'm feeling hacked off that the hinge just gone!  can i be put in with repair support please I dont appear to have a local repair nearby
