Repair Inquiry Message (HP Envy x360 Hinge Issue)
Subject: Laptop Hinge Repair Inquiry – HP Envy x360
Hi mate,
I hope you’re well.
I’m reaching out regarding my HP Envy x360 laptop which has developed a broken hinge on one side. The hinge appears cracked and is causing the back casing to slightly separate. The screen still works fine, but I’m concerned about potential internal damage if I continue to use it.
Could you please let me know:
•If this is something you can repair
•Estimated cost and turnaround time?
•Whether you offer drop-in service or collection
•Any recommendations before I bring it in (e.g. should I stop opening it?)
I’ve attached a couple of photos for reference,
I’m based in Sheffield S1 and would be happy to visit or arrange collection at your convenience.
Thanks in advance for your help. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Siddhant Singh Chouhan
