HP Recommended

Continue to have my broken laptop sitting at the place of purchase while HP are not responding to my request for disputed case for a mechanical hardware fault. When I called the case manager was already finished work for the day (appreciate work times and people don't work 24/7). But also couldn't be updated of the stage where this is at, not even asking for details, just has someone looked at this, is it progressing.

The lady was polite but also refused to answer my question of the country of location of the case manager (Australia or international) so I could find the right time to call back during their work time.

Let's hope the scheduled call back to me occurs tomorrow so I can gain the relevant information from HP (still no one can explain to me how a picture has determined a UID, dropped laptop, when it was not dropped) to progress this through to Consumer Protection.
