Hinge issue

I'm facing a major physical defect with my HP Victus laptop near the right hinge of the screen lid. The hinge is damaging the plastic around the lid, causing it to split into two distinct parts. I'm marking this as a critical issue since the display could be harmed every time I open or close the lid.

I have always handled my laptop with care, yet this issue still occurred, indicating it might be a manufacturing defect. I have noticed that many other users who purchased the Victus model are experiencing the same problem. It seems that the quality of HP laptops is deteriorating with each passing day.
