HP Recommended

I purchased an HP Omen laptop in January last year. Unfortunately, around February or March this year, the hinge broke. As a result, I’m now unable to open or close the laptop properly, which makes it difficult to use.

Best Buy is asking for $84 just to diagnose the issue, with additional repair charges on top of that. I haven’t been able to find any other local repair options that specialize in HP laptops. What are my best options at this point?
