Hinge on my Pavilion x360 caused a screen break :(

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx. Yesterday I opened the screen, heard a loud crack. The right hinge pushed out my screen and caused it to crack under the force. It also broke the display casing in that corner. From reading other topics, I can see this is a common problem for these.

Please can somebody help me? I am a student and cannot do my work without this laptop.

Thanks

@SMH02

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

It is hardware related issue with the housing assembly and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
