I have had my laptop for a few months now (it is still within Warranty) and I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that the right hinge seems to be slightly levering open the bottom case which covers the motherboard, hard drive etc. Obviously this is not. I take good care o of my laptop and I have a very good case whenever I take it out of the house. I've seen that this is a common problem among similar HP laptop models. Is this something that can be repaired, what should I do?

Hi @glasspoppy,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
