Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to close my HP Envy laptop due to the hinge being broken on the left corner. It does not close properly. Please note that my laptop's warranty has expired. Please assist me.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
