Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp111dx

Please help. My HP Envy 360 laptop screen is coming apart at the hinges. The screen has separated and screws and plastic falling out. I've had the laptop for a while, but it has barely been used at all! Just got a new job that requires me to use my own laptop. Finely started using it and it's just falling apart. Please advise.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP Envy 360 laptop.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
