After research, found that this is a product design flaw. Please contact me back for the solution on this.

So take this to a private message and telling me to call in HP contact and ask to see how much this will cost me to repair is the solution from HP.

Factory Warranty is 1 year and many customers will face this issues once it past this 1 year period of time. Since this is a design flaw from HP. I was expecting that HP will take care of their customer better. This was a $1,000 + laptop. Choose this because of the design of a daily usage. Barely use this and it broke.

I should have act faster since they were a lawsuit on this topic!
