HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx

Bought this laptop HP Envy 360,  2 years ago and until the warranty ended it was fine, but soon later the hinge started to break! I thought the whole point of having a 360 laptop was to use the tablet feature but I guess not with hp!!! My right hinge is completely broken and I cannot use my WHOLE laptop anymore. I go to a few places to get it fixed they said they can’t. I go to Best Buy they say it’s gonna cost just 85 dollars to ship the item let alone fix it! It would have also took 3 whole weeks to fix it when I’m a college student who needs my laptop all the time. Hp has put me in a very bad situation financially and mentally, and I don’t know what to do.
