I am aware that there has been a recall for hp envy x360 due to poor manufactured hinges after my screen cracked after I carefully closed my laptop like usual. I had been noticing beforehand that my hinges were leaning to the right drastically but I never thought it would resulted in breaking my screen as from simply closing the laptop. I believe that the hinges have been incredibly poorly designed and I used this laptop for about three years for school through regular wear and tear simply from opening and closing the laptop, I guess was enough to wear down these horrible hinges. Now I'm in class with a broken laptop screen just from closing it when class ended. I would like to be reimbursed for this hp.
