HP Pavilion Gaming 16-a0001ua

I have a problem with a hp pavilion gaming laptop with i7 10750h and gtx 1660 in it. I turned off turbo boost, then the temperature is kept within 70 degrees, but in some games it greatly reduces performance. My CPU temperature with turbo enabled can reach 85-95 degrees Celsius while playing games. As far as I understand, I cannot lower the voltage on my cpu. So, I want to ask if the temperature is normal for my processor on load or not(I want to play with turbo boost on). And if this is not so, could you please advise me how to fix it.

85-95C during gaming is not unusual or harmful but should make the fan run all out.
