HP Recommended

The Hotkey service in my HP Elitebook 840 G5 has been faulty for some time now and I've tried the basic fixes like updating the driver and such. The reliability report from Service and Maintenance (Ctrl Panel) shows that the Hotkey service "stopped working" basically any day I turn my laptop on. My brightness control keys and the mic mute keys (F4, F5 & F8) keys are the ones affected. HELP please 😞
