Hi,
I recently reinstalled my OS (Windows 10 64bits) and after doing that I lost some of the hotkey functions.
I already tryed to follow the sugestions found in several forums and websites, which basically indicates to first try to install HP Support Assistant.
I've done that but some of the keys are still not working.
Basically the keys for increse\decrese screen brightness (FN+F9 \ FN+F10).
Also hotkey for muting the microphone is not working.
I also tryed the second most suggest method which is to look for the driver in the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com/us-en)
I also did that and went to the download page for my latptop but the download for the HP Hotkey Support.
So, anyone can help me out here?
How do I recover the full functionality of my hotkeys?
