Hi guys , i Need to upgrade the SSD and RAM in my laptop, actually is 8 Mb of ram and SSD is 256 Gb almost full and sometimes the programs suddenly close . What kind of hardware i can use to make the upgrade

Looks like it is a refurbished machine, no available specs and no parts list

Since no available information, we have to work in the dark using the following manual

Depending its processor, it can have 1 or 2 slots of RAM and you can use page 2 of the manual to upgrade RAM. You say it has 256GB of SSD, you can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB of SSD using same brand of existing SSD or Samsung 970 EVO
The manual shows you how to add RAM and replace SSD.

E82QBF3A is invalid. Should only have 7, not 8 characters. What is it ?
