Hi there !

My Laptop has 8 GB Ram built in, a AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor with an integrated Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx Graphics Card.

The integrated Graphics card has been allocated 2 GB of Ram, which therefore leaves me only with 6 GB of Ram to use.

Is there any way for me to disable the graphics card and use complete 8 GB of Ram ? Or any way to reduce the Ram allocated from 2 GB to 500Mb-1Gb ?

I've tried looking for settings in my bios but wasn't able to find one.

Here are my laptop details:

Product name : HP Laptop 15s-eq0011ne

Product number : 9RF08EA#ABV

Software build ID : 19WW2RST601#SABV#DABV

Motherboard ID : 86FD

BIOS : F.18-06/12/2020

Total memory : 8GB

Processor name : AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.

Here is a picture showing my Ram.

@HMR2

That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft PlayReady.
