Dear All,

Did you know, how to open back cover Hp-14-CM0078AU? I wanna upgrade RAM into 12Gb.

If you have user/technical guidance, like PDF files. Please share, I'll apreciate it.

Regards,

Alu Ozy

Since your ultrabook is so new to the market, there is very little tech guidance. Removing the bottom cover is pretty straightforward. Use a plastic spudger tool to carefully remove the long plastic footing material. You will see the screws securing the bottom once you remove the footing material.
