Hi, I would like to find the original hardware specs such as memory and SSD of the Victus laptop I bought on Amazon. The reseller upgraded the laptop past the limits of the laptop. I have tried several web pages in support but I just go around in a circle without finding hardware specs. Thanks very much.

Hi:

 

What's the product number of your notebook?

 

You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

 

Post the product number you see there.
