OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002np

My OMEN notebook has problem with keys of its keyboard.

I contacted HP and we make some tests that confirm the problem.

They said that I need to send it to repair at HP (it is in the waaranty period).

I went to the shop where I bought it and they send it to HP. 

10 days later I contact HP Support to know the status of this repair: they do not know nothing about it!! How???

How can I find where it is and the status of this repair???

It is a OMEN pc, so HP sell it assuring that it will have priority repairs. But how can they done that if they do not know nothing about 10 days later???

HP didn't know about it (it is strange) but the shop did.

I already received the pc. For me, the case is closed.
