HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hard drive failed on my laptop on July 15, 2022, while I was on vacation. Warranty expired on Aug 2, 2022. How do I make a warranty claim for a problem that occurred during the warranty period, when I can't get through the online process?  It keeps sending me to the site to the pay-per-use customer service page because it shows out of warranty based on the serial number.
