Can I upgrade the ram or something to speed up my computer? I have the N5Y13UA#ABA model that's touchscreen.

Your notebook is an entry level model, not mainstream and not a premium model like a Spectre.

 

It has a Pentium processor. That is just one step up from a Celeron processor.

 

It will never be seriously fast, but the best way to increase its performance  is by replacing the legacy hard disk with a SATA 2.5" notebook 3D NAND SSD. Your notebook is not compatible with NVMe SATA SSD products.

 

The upgrade won't be terribly expensive. See the link at Amazon.com below.
