I got an OMEN by HP 15-dc1000nf from my brother that he bought in France, since he lives there. The problem that I am Brazilian and it is very complicated to use the keyboard of this notebook that came AZERTY (French). How can I replace the keyboard for ABNT (Brazil) in this version or, if not in ABNT, which model can I buy, for example US International (QWERTY).

You can't just stick in a different keyboard and expect it to work; instead, the specific model keyboard has to be compatible with the laptop.
You can use this link to check for parts: http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=E0J90UA
The HP Parts utility lists replacement parts that are compatible. If none are listed, then none are available.
