Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently got a HP Notebook from a friend who didn't want it any more. I could not say no and acceppted the offer. I quickly found it to be very slow and wanted to upgrade it. Any help would be great and maybe a place to purchase a new cpu. Thanks

Hi:

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

The only way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in the service manual that may come with a better processor.

That would cost as much or more as buying a new notebook with a better processor, making such an upgrade unfeasible.
