Hi so I have an HP 14-cf2xxx and the problem I'm having with it is that basically...I have no space. I used up the entirety of the space and did everything from deleting apps, documents, anything and everything and I don't get an ounce of space.
Yes, I do play the sims 4 on this computer model and have a lot cc downloaded on it but even I deleted some cc that I didn't need and still didn't get any space. I need to update my EA app but unfortunately I can't because I have no actual space on my computer.
I've gotten this computer in late 2022 so I've had it for 3 years and I've had MANY complications and issues with it from performance issues to the actual plastic of my computer breaking down after a while.
The only other option I could think of is to get a new hard drive for this computer but the only problem is I literally cannot find an ounce of information relating to my model and I already have an external hard drive that I've brought specifically for the sims. I don't know what else to do. I don't know if I need to move my EA to my external hard drive or go a model lower than the one I have just get a hard drive I really don't know. I am not the most tech savvy person.

Hi:
It appears that the models with the 552L9AV product number have 64 GB eMMC flash storage drives which cannot be upgraded.
Your options for more storage would be external drives or a SD card.
