Service Manual:
Start on p. 43 and remove the rear cover. Inside is this:
RAM slots circled in red
Takes DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM. Officially the maximum is 16 gigs (2 x 8). It will reliably take 2 x 16 = 32 gigs if you feel you need to do that. I suggest 32 gigs is overkill. 8 is enough for most people and heavy users might want 16.
DDR4-2400 would also work and would downclock to 2133 speed. You can find DDR4-2400 for a bit less money as it is more commonly used now.
