How come I have 933GB of "Unallocated" space on my 1 TB Laptop Hard  Drive?

Hi:

 

Does your notebook come with a dual drive configuration (1 TB 2.5" drive + M.2 SSD?).

 

it so, it appears that the folks at HP didn't format the drive so that it can be usable.

 

You can make the unallocated storage space available by using the disk management utility.
