How do I physically attach the stylus to the laptop?  I can't find any instructions or pictures online.  I don't want to lose the stylus.  Thanks!

As per user guide, your notebook does not have a stylus holder. 

 

You could buy a stylus holder from any local computer store or you could get it from online shopping.

Thanks for pointing me to the user guide for my laptop.  I had actually spent a few minutes on the HP product website looking for it, with no success.  However, there is had no reference in the user guide to a stylus,  with or without holders.

 

That being said, the lack of a holder looks like a design miss to me.  How can you design such a beautiful laptop and not consider the stylus attachment options?  

 

Anyway, I will search for stylus holders online.

I agree completely, I was disappointed that there is a pen in the package but nothing to help you attach it on the laptop

Hi..I bought an hp spectre from the US and I am going back to my country today, I do not have time to look for the stylus attacher or clip in the US and I do not want to buy something on line that would not be suitable for the hp spectre, so can you please help with that? thanks

Good luck with that. HP hasn’t bothered to fix this in the latest release of this laptop and has not responded to this thread with any real answers. I ended up buying a cheap adhesive holder on Amazon. It’s a fabulous laptop. Runs perfectly and looks very sexy (my wife has the rose model).
