HP 255 G5 1NV51ES
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody,
I hope you can help me here. I only received a purchase recommendation for my device from HP support. But I asked something completely different. Here again the CASE ID: [private information removed] for support.

Here's the question:

Can I set the RAM clock on my HP 255 G5 1NV51ES notebook via the BIOS or additional software?
If so, where and how exactly?

I checked the BIOS myself and found nothing. I can't find anything about it on the Internet.

I changed the RAM of the machine, from 4GB 1600Mhz to 16GB 1600Mhz.

It's the RAM: here https://www.alternate.de/html/product/IENFGJ

The 16GB were recognized, but they run at 800Mhz instead of the 1600Mhz.

Thanks in advance.
