How do I check if the Intel Ax210 is compatible with my laptop?

Using a HP 250 15.6 Inch G9 Notebook. The wifi I use is pretty good but due to a bad wifi card (I am currently on Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe) there are many connection drops to due which my games lag. I am thinking of getting the Intel Wifi 6 card but I'm unsure whether it will be compatible with my laptop. Any help? Thank you!

I don't know of any reason why the AX210 wouldn't work.

Just make sure you get the non-vPro part number/SPS number.

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005.

Have you installed the latest Wi-Fi driver for the RTL8822CE?

Thank you for replying! Isn't there any issue of having only one antenna in the laptop and two in the wifi card?

You're very welcome.

Notebooks that come with the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter have two antenna wires.

Notebooks that come with the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter have one antenna wire and with that card, there would be no Bluetooth if someone were to install the AX210 unless they added a second antenna wire.
