I need to determine what type of USB C I have to see if it's compatible with this product:

According to the description I need to have the following USB C. thunderbolt 3/4 /USB C 3.1 GEN2 or above ports that support "Power Delwerys, DisplayPort , Alt Mode", full-featured USB C ports that support display, charging and data transfer protocols

According to the service manual (Chapters 1 & 2) it appears that your notebook's USB-C port has those requirements:
