You need to look more closely.  Underneath the image of the results there is an Assets section listing files.  Click on the .exe file and it will popup a box to download it.

If you're asking this because of Windows 11, then read the stuff below ...

 

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.

Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases

 

If TPM is the only thing that fails the check, then report that back.

I followed your link to github, joined it.  the screen has a lot of information ABOUT whynotwin11, and how to run it, but no obvious way to actually download it.
