HP Chromebook 14 inch 14a-nf0000 (905W2AV)
Chrome OS

I filed a case for my laptop suddenly going out at the beginning of May. My laptop is grey and the SN was printed in grey and I could not read the SN. HP sent me a label, I sent in my Chromebook and for 6 weeks now, I cannot get ahold of anyone to find out where my laptop is or what the status is. The laptop shows delivered from Fed Ex, but I cannot get ahold of anyone by phone or chat to give me an update. Every time I chat, they tell me they are still working on it. I've asked for a supervisor to contact me, have not heard anything. When I call, I sit on hold forever and no one ever answers. I will never buy another HP product with this kind of customer service!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET MY LAPTOP BACK!!
