Could you please confirm a couple of details first?
- Was this adapter purchased separately, or is it the one that originally came with your HP PC/laptop?
- If it came with your system, please share your HP PC’s product number (P/N) or serial number in private, not in public (you can find it by pressing Fn + Esc on the keyboard or checking the label on the bottom of your device).
Once we have that information, we can identify the exact adapter part number and ensure we provide the correct replacement or specifications for your model.
