Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dw1000 (1W803AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
When I am upgrading the RAM I get this memory beeping error code (3 long, 2 short). I tested and used this laptop with one RAM stick and it works, starts up normally.
I tested both RAM sticks, they also work fine on the first RAM slot and boot normally. However, if I put any of the two RAM sticks on the second dim slot they give this 3 long 2 short caps lock beep. Could this be a Motherboard or connectivity and can it be fixed without replacing the whole thing?
Thank you, Sithula Vithanage
