I am looking for upgrading the ram from 8GB to 16GB.  How may I obtain the manual to unscrew the bottom from the keyboard?

HP normally won't produce manual for EACH model/product of a machine BUT for the whole series. In your case, you can find manuals for whole HP 15-dw0000 series

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/hp-15-dw0000-laptop-pc/26185492/manuals

You can find information on page 30 of the last manual on the list or

Thanks for your prompt reply.  I was able to open the bottom casing of course spent another $10 on the pry tool kit, replace the slow 1TB HDD with a SSD and add additional 8GB ram to make it 16GB.

I benchmark the elapse time to boot up the laptop prior the upgrade, 45 secs and post, 15 secs.  Overall, the laptop is much responsive and fast.  I am quite happy with the upgrades.
