I have a printer that isn't reliable. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and after 42 years with HP I'm done! How do I get a refund on a 5 month old printer?

The 7955 came out in 2021. Inkjet printers typically last for 3-5 years under normal usage. Factors like frequency of use, maintenance, and specific printer model can affect the lifespan. Printers used more frequently or for business purposes may have a shorter lifespan.

 

You might consider laser printers though they cost more.  I got my HP Color cm1415 in 2011 and it still works fine and uses any type of cheap toner..
