How do i do a hard factory reset to my hp 360x laptop by hp? It won’t allow me to even reboot and the windows was hacked . I need the original version I think

I think you wish to bring machine back to factory status.  Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

There is no c drive where it should be is the problem I think. I am trying to reboot and I can’t even get it to go into windows

my computer was hacked. I have paid a fake site a lot of money. And I still can’t turn on my computer. It won’t boot into windows.

no. I can’t even reboot. It won’t go into windows and my system has been hacked in windows anyways. I need to figure out how to get my computer to reset into the original version of windows , not the hackers windows program
