Is there any way to identify a motherboard easily? I am struggling to find the specifications and exact name for it.

Here's the Service Manual:

 

Manual

 

The motherboard doesn't really have a name it has an HP Part number and you can see the various part numbers for motherboards in the SFF version on p. 24 and 25. Use that number to search online for a replacement if that is what you are trying to do. HP will no longer have it in stock.
