The Vram on my PC is way too small which prevents me from playing even low end games, my PC came out of the box with a 500gb HDD and 4gb of ram so it baffles me how my Vram is only 32mb .I was told it can be increased but I don't know how .please I need urgent help, thanks

@Adiperegift

Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keep VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required. During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.

The following document shows Max shared RAM for Intel iGPU versions

  • So you're saying it's not always 32mb as is reflected? So if a software requires a Vram of say 512 mb to run , the system can and will automatically assign the needed from my ram? Please clarify and I need to know what the max limit is on my hp pavilion 11 x360 Windows 10 PC, thanks again for your prompt response
