I want to upgrade to 128 or 256 ssd. please suggest me some good budget ssd if it is upgradeable.

See p. 30 and this diagram which I have marked to show where the hard drive is and where the M.2 slot is supposed to be:
So your Service Manual says there is an M.2 slot right next to the hard drive. Problem is, we have had reports that people open it up and there is in fact no slot. So all I can say is you need to open it up and look. If the slot is there, you can add an M.2 SATA disk like this one:
Here is a 275 gb (which is about as small as you should go) for $100:
