Kindly help I trying to log on in my laptop and my password has @ key. How do I press @ I try shift key and 2 but I get " instead of@.

Apologies for all the inconvenience!

 

We understand that the Shift key not changing symbols try with shift and FN key number or check the press the num key f10 that might fix the issue
