I would like to purchase extended warranty, but I cannot find the place to do so.

Please use HPSA (HP Support Assistant). Is it still under warranry ?

 

(a) Yes: Please use Care pack

Hello Banhien, 

 

My warranty has just expired last month, but I do not see the "Register an HP carepack" whenever I hit Warranty and Services, instead I get How to dispute your Warranty and Explore premium service options for your home.

 

I also do not see an extend your coverage option under expired.
