The remove device icon is gone from when you go to the "pencil" icon to edit device.  The only choice now is to rename, add device, and update.

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Check - Remove / Add-a-printer in Devices and Printers

 

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Right-Click on Printer > Remove Device

If any device is removed, Restart the computer and log in

 

Open your HP Account Dashboard - Remove Device

 

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

 

Example - HP Account Dashboard > My Devices
