Hi everyone, I’m completely new to doing this hence why I’m seeking help. I’ve tried multiple YouTube videos but can’t seem to find one of my exact laptop model so I can see how I access the hard drive.

I need to access and remove the hard drive of my dead laptop in hopes I can connect it to another one to retrieve my files.
Can anyone explain how I do this? Do I need specific tools? There are screws on the underside of my laptop, but I’m wondering if it gets anymore complicated once I’m inside.
Thank you and apologies if this is common knowledge to most. 🙂

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to read the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page, starting in chapter 5, page 49 for how to remove and replace the hard drive.
