Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I replace Hard disk driver on 15ba013cl? Some one answered my previous question on this subject but HP did not like my comments about how dumb, their IA is in limiting my choices to what they think I need based on pure assumption.  HP AI is too stupid to understand complex issues like I want to go to a dual boot system, with windows 10 and windows 7.  HP deleted my critical question about their AI and the proper answers I got previously...  HP is more sensitive than Facebook types and Facebook Flakes!!!

W won't comment on your other ting such as IA, only note: Your machine may not support Windows 7 at all.

I looked at each of the choices that come up on your suggestion and none cover the step by step solution to how to open the laptop and how to remove and replace it. Like I stated before this question was answered by One of you guys and was indeed a very good answer I went to read it again and watch the video and HP had removed it because I am critical of the fact that their AI is too dumb...Thanks for trying!!
