HP Notebook - 17-bs067cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Notebook. I'm using Windows 10.  Whenever I am in Word, Excel, a PDF, the screen automatically scrolls.  Extremely frustrating when I am working in an Excel spreadsheet or a large Word Document.  I just want to be able to stop the auto scrolling, and turn off the touchpad.  I don't use the touchpad. I have a wireless mouse.

1. How do I turn off the autoscrolling?

2. How do I turn off the touchpad?

Thank you very much.  I am still having the problem with auto scrolling when I use Excel or Word.  Sometimes it will happen if I am on a website.  Any ideas?
